Hi, welcome to JustAnswer. My name is*****’m a barrister with 12 years of experience and I am happy to help with your question today.
How can I help with this please?
Ok, so what is your question about this?
Ok, so what do you want to know?
Well, there is no point in suing. She will have no money. but please don't worry. You are not going to be prosecute for people trafficking. There isn't the remotest evidence of that and people are always making that claim to get around immigration rules.
Never get involved with a victim. They always turn on you in the end.
Yes, she is a professional victim. They are dangerous people. Have nothing to do with them. If you want to save something rescue a dog that won't accuse you of people trafficking. You don't want to start suing her. That will cost a lot of money.
You could sue at the small claims court for money owed. But then you risk she will make a false allegation to escape that which she might. And she will have no money anyway.
she won't sue you and she has no reason to make allegations now that she has got her immigration status. Just don't engage with her or anybody like her. If you want to save tragedies then work with animals who are not responsible for their circumstances. Have nothing to do with victims and protect yourself.
Don't be a saviour. Victims are not for you to save. Just look after yourself and other people who contribute to you as much as you do to them.
No problem and all the best.
