Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you. I am just reviewing your question. This is an email service so there may be delays when responding.

Can you please explain your situation a little more?

I got a court summons on the 31/12/19 for something I did when I was 18, I am now 21. The charges are for being concerned with the supply of class A, B and C drugs. The evidence is texts on my phone, my friend was looking to buy drugs so I ordered them for him and made, I was a drug addict at the time and was looking for ways of getting free drugs.

Ok - when you attend Court you can ask for the duty Solicitor.

Then you can be represented. They can go through the legal aid paperwork with you there.

But just turn up at Court and ask for duty.

You will either enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.

It will then be adjourned. Paperwork can then be completed.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today, please?

If not, I would appreciate a 5-star rating for my answer, by clicking the button at the top of the screen. I am not paid for my time unless you rate. If you need anything further I am available for a follow up at no extra cost.

Would I still have time to prepare a defence if I get the duty solicitor? I will give you 5 stars mate, cheers

Yes. Any trial would be months away

Does that clarify?
