Have the bailiffs just turned up for no reason then?

This is from the Landlord.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I have not paid rent at the property for over 5 years . I have requested a contract many times but never received one. So they just turned up changed the lock. No warnings
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Do I not need to see a court order?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
They are not requesting money either. They just want me out

No. Its commercial.

If you have not paid rent that is why the bailiffs have done this.

You have to pay rent even if you have not had a contract.

Its the Landlords property. You can't just stay there free.

No, they do not have to ask for money, they can just ask you to leave.
If you have not paid you have no right to be there. All you can do is apply to Court using form n5a:

The court will list for hearing and decide whether to allow you to stay.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today, please?
