I own a limited company with one other person. There are only 2 directors, one of whom owns 51% of the shares. Can the director with 51% shareholder have the other director removed from the board simply on the basis of the 'majority' shareholding?
JA: What state are you in? And have you consulted a local attorney?

JA: Has anything been officially filed? If so, what?
Customer: No, and my aim is not to get official at this point, just to understand the basic law
