I try to take away the clothes from her when she was leaving but she said that me and my son was fighting her
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
all we did was to take away the clothes out the bag my two daughters had

Perhaps it would be a good idea to speak to her later during the day and find out where the children are.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
No she came back last night without the kids and she slept here and this morning she went and did not want to have a conversation
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
What steps do I need to talk if we are going to be devours
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Need to take if we are going to be devours

Are you talking about contact with the kids or divorce?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Well both

If it's divorce proceedings - you need to apply for divorce at your local family court. The court fee is £550. If you file for divorce you will be the Petitioner and she will be the Respondent. In terms of contact, you both have equal rights to see the children and be part of their upbringing.

You would need to seek mediation first with a mediator and if you agree contact arrangements that no need to go to court. If you do not agree or she does not attend = you will need to make application using form C100 - Child Arrangements Order. The court would then decide with the use of CAFCASS who will decide what is best for both parties and the children.

What about the the home we bought together

Any financial claims/orders sought would need to be put down on the divorce petition.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Ok
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I which I could talk but cant afford it but thanks

You would need the original marriage certificate and the divorce may be made online or by post. I would suggest that you instruct a family solicitor - www.lawsociety.org.uk - find a solicitor who would be able to advise you further.

Would we have to be separated first before we devours

yes of course
