Hi, thank your for your message. In regards to whether or not he can visit his father you will need a court order to allow this. You should contact a solicitor in your area to help you with this.
You can find a solicitor through the law society using this function: https://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk/ (you will be able to search by area of expertise and location).
Regarding his wife, if there is a court order in place allowing her to stay in the property, then there is not much that can be done. If the wife is renting from his mother, his mother will need to evict his wife by making a section 8 or section 21 eviction application. Use a Section 8 notice if your tenants have broken the terms of the tenancy. You do not need a reason to evict under section 21. For more information please visit this link: https://www.gov.uk/evicting-tenants/section-21-and-section-8-notices
