Hi my grandmother recently passed away and we are now waiting for probate can you please tell me if it is an offence to use someones bank card with their permission as she would give me her bank card to withdraw money for her.
JA: Since estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me where this is?
Customer: This is in scotland
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: I'm afraid none only verbal
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can the will be overturned because of this
