We have taken a family loan on a signed one to one no interest but repay on request contact, will the loan die with the lender or remain part of the estate
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: England, midlands
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: in what respect?
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

The loan will need to be collected by the estate on death i.e. when the person dies the estate will need to call in the debt and distribute the proceeds under the will or intestacy rules. I hope this helps, if you can please accept my answer and rate me 5 stars (in the top right of your screen) then Just Answer will credit me for helping you today.
