Hi. How can I help?

Customer: replied 3 days ago.
Ive been released under investigation, is there anything i should do
Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 days ago.

Not really.

I know that it is contrary to natural instincts but all you can really do is wait to see how they put the case against you and then respond to it. There is nothing really that can be done to head it off.

If you have more specific questions then I could probably offer more. Can I clarify anything for you?
