HI Apple has received my phone for repair and has sent a replacement but the phone was delivered to the wrong address. Apple is refusing to send me a replacement phone. How can I get them to send me my phone?

Customer: I am in the UK Apple is in Ireland
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: sorry I was on the phone to check whether I could make a small claims court claim but it is not the way to go I have been on the phone with various people from Apple for 8 weeks now and no resolution. They have no proof that the phone was delivered to my address, no signature, no name just a vague description of someone who signed for the phone and there is no one f that description living at my address

I have a relationship with Apple not with the courier, if Apple's agent, the courier, has lost my phone I should not be involved in the process of recovering it. Apple has no proof that the phone was delivered, no signature. They varioulsy give me names which do not correspond to anyone living at my address.

it is shown as delivered, the courier keeps on stating it was delivered to the correct address. I live on an island, sometimes courier deliver items to the wrong address as they do not understand it is an island. I have offered 4 questions to Apple to send to the courier for them to answer which would have proven that the item was not delivered to the island but the courier is refusing to answer the questions
