Should a tradesman let you know he is there before acessing you garden
JA: What steps has he taken so far? Has he prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: I have not employed him the flat above has
JA: Where is the flat located?
Customer: do you mean my address
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I live in a rented lower flat and the people above hire a trades person they just turn up and walk in my garden. Without letting me know they are there the first I know us when I see a ladder and a man climbing up

If he is there legitimately then he isn't a trespasser.
