I made a purchase on e-bay. The delivery has expired, so I tried contacting them regarding the said. To time of writing, I have not heard from them. My account has been debited and I am £44 worse off.
JA: What state are you in? And is a local attorney or other consumer protection advocate helping with this?
Customer: I am a disabled living alone, and am no good with this digital revolution. Covid 19 lockdown is in place so no lawyers are open.
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: As expressed in my opning mail, i tried e-mailing them and the seller

Customer: Basically i would like a refund after which i may close the account
