My partner and I have separated after 30 years I’m named as sole benificiary on his pension but where not married,even though it’s his pension we both worked hard so he could keep it up is it true I have not a leg to stand in as he says
JA: What steps have you taken? Have you filed any papers in family court?
Customer: No because he said il lose in court and I only earn £200 a week he earns £1000 so can’t afford to
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer about this yet?
Customer: No his dad also left him a flat worth £120,000 which I know I can’t be entitled to

Customer: We have two grown up children together

who is the pension with? private or public sector?

and do you mean he has now taken off your name?
