Hello we are having on end of problems getting UK insurance to assist us in a claim which they appear to be confused about or deliberatly trying to cloud issues.
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Reverend Hopeton R Turner, Orpington, Kent
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: We have completed two claim forms, yesterday 2hrs05 mins on the phone and several calls previously which most we were on hold for over 1 hr and had to end the call. They have wnd written saying they have been trying to get hold of us.Not true. THey have two phone numbers and e-mail addresses
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: any advise they are able to provide would be helpful thanks

Are they stalling and refusing to pay out?. Have you made a complaint to them yet? You have a right to expect a service carried out with reasonable care and skill from the insurer, as per consumer law.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They do not list a complaints department and everytime they ask for information the claim has to be resubmitted from fresh which takes about 40 mins
