If it’s of HMRC saying My tax return was late so I’m not

Customer Question

If it’s of HMRC saying My tax return was late so I’m not eligible for the government scheme for Self-employment what should I do
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: London
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I’ve asked them to look at my issue again because I’ve been self employed for more than five years and the governor said you can use your 3 years or 2 years and 1 years to claim The self employment scheme
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
