I still not know, for sure, if its possible be a self employee, but working only for one person.
At least, in the beginning, it's going to be like that

There is no minimum or maximum number of people you can work for as a self-employed worker. So yes, it is entirely possible to only work for one person for a period of time if needed.

Yes you are responsible for all of these as a self-employed person. As to a contract, you do not need to have one legally, but it is always a good idea to have at least something in writing in the event of disputes
