I have a prohibited steps order but its joint with a child arrangement order the child arrangement order isn't live anymore but the prohibited steps is I was just wondering if u can determine what part is what on my paper work

Of course - upload to here and I'll have a look for you.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No worries.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
these are the 4 documents

OK, just reviewing...

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok thankyou

No problem. The Child Arrangements Order application was dismissed, there is nothing dismissing the PSO though - so I have to assume this remains in place.

Can I clarify anything further?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
which part on the order is the pso

Page 1, half way down, under "the court orders" at paragraph 1.

Does that assist?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
thankyou the police are saying that the whole of the order is a child arrangement order which is now dismissed is there anyway i can prove to police that this bit still stands

It's clear to me that there are two orders here, a PSO and a CAO. They both have separate warning paragraphs too.

It's made "until further order" and there has not been one - so it's still in place.

I hope that assists.
