I have a situation with a client who has gone very quite on me. The person paid an invoice via payPal, with whom I have had an account for many years but hadn't used it for a few years. The PP account is in a pseudonym name which I have used for professional purposes for over 20 years, then out of the blue PP started to hold on to cash and ask me to prove my identity which of course I couldn't do, they wouldn't budge so I refunded four clients and ask them to repay into my personal bank account which 3 did the forth does not repond to my emails and I'm wondering should I take him to court, have I got a case?
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.

Customer: I don't think so
