JA: What steps has the neighbor taken so far? Have they prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: no I have spoken to them as constant leaves have damaged my decking. Now a branch has fallen over fence. They still refuse to do anything

Thanks, ***** ***** cut all branches given the height of the tree. I want them to cut the tree back as believe this will have to be professional.
