Can you remind me when all visas will be expiring?
Are you all on Tier 2 G/Tier 2 dependant visas?
Are you switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 or Tier 2 to Tier 4?
Then it would make sense to apply at the same time as a complete family unit.
There will be a option to add dependent's when the main applicant, your husband would be applying.
It makes a difference as Tier 4 dependant is not permitted to switch to Tier 2.

Although it is permitted for dependants to apply later - I would not recommend this as all of your visas are expiring at the same time in August. It then makes sense to apply as a family unit as opposed. The Home Office is currently not offering a Priority service and it is likely that this service will still not be available for many months due to Covid.
