Hi,

Thank you for your query. Is there two separate land Registry titles?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
Hi
There are separate leaseholds for flat and house and freehold for land, all owned by same person

Hi,

Following the completion if the purchase, you should ask your Solicotor to make an application to him Land Registry to merge the titles. They will do so and let you have one title number for the whole property.

If done at the time of registration of your transfer, it would not cost anything extra.

I hope this answers your questions. If so, kindly rate the answer and provide feedback.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Many thanks
