Hi...I’m a litigant in person and suing a company for breach of contract and deliberate misrepresentation. Both parties done their Direction questionnaires. I applied for Small Claims but the Defendant has pushed for Fast Track which has made things much harder for me as a litigant in person to understand and manage.Given where proceedings are now can you offer some books/websites that can help me understand the process further?
