Customer: 2016 I applied for electrical engineering course. Also I was legible for student 7000GBP loan. I had some personal substances and never stat the course. I paid fully this loan. Yesterday when I contacted the training company they said that course finished and is no reasons why I can reclaim money. Alternatively they suggest start me another course in different compamy but only for 1 year, which I'm not satisfied

Hello,
It seems the professional has left this conversation. This happens occasionally, and it's usually because the professional thinks that someone else might be a better match for your question. I've been working hard to find a new professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.
I wonder whether you're OK with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.
Thank you!

Hi there,

If you informed your school regarding your changed circumstances , that you would not be able to pursue the said course , and if the agreement provides that you can drop out , then you can ask your school either to refund you or offer you same or similar course to the one that you initially picked.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Thank you.
