Further to our telephone conversation today. Here is some further information on how to proceed:
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, You should first send a letter to them outlining that the goods haven't arrived and giving them an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver the goods.
If they still do not deliver you may terminate your contract and be reimbursed as soon as possible. If they still do not pay you may commence a claim against them. Unfortunately I am unable to complete the claim form for you. That would be via our premium service.
Here is a link regarding making claim via the European Small Claims court. This should give you some guidance on how to proceed.
