Hi. I have a question about employment law and my mental health disability.
JA: Have you discussed this with a manager or HR? Or with a lawyer?
Customer: I've been made an offer of employment subject to satisfactory medical check. Im not happy to disclose my disability as I have suffered direct discrimination before
JA: What is your employment status? Are you an employee, freelancer, consultant or contractor? Do you belong to a union?
Customer: I'm currently unemployed. About to be employee.
