JA: What steps have you taken? Have you filed any papers in family court?
Customer: No got a court hearing on Monday to say my peice
JA: Family Court normally sits in a local County and Magistrates' Court. Do you know the location of the court? If not, what county do you live in?
Customer: Hastings

Customer: He got me arrested for controlling behaviour and he's currently on bail for rape alligation

Where do I stand in getting my children back

If he is currently on bail for a rape allegation, I'd suggest you immediately apply to court for a variation of the current child arrangements order on form C100 to have the children returned to your care. The cost of the form is £215 unless you are on a low income or benefits in which case you may be eligible for fee remission and should complete form EX160 - both forms are linked to below.
