Hi Jo
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I got arrested on 1st of June
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I think it was under section 38 domestic violence
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I wanted to know if that appear to my employer
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
My employer HR pinged me today whether me and my dependent are safe or not
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I was just arrested and after questioning, I got released without any charge

Thank you. This would not show unless you are DBS checked and there has been a recent check. It is possible that it could show upon enhanced checking. An arrest would not normally show on any other form of checking and it would only show if deemed relevant to the application that you are making

Can Iclarify anything for you?

Hopefully, I have answered your query in a waythat is simple and easy to understand. If anything remains unclear, I will bemore than happy to clarify it for you. In the meantime, thank you once againfor using our services.

Do I need to mention about my arrest while applying for UK Visa ?
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I am an Indian nationalist

I don't know anything about visas I'm afraid. Your original question was about crime which is my area

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I am working for Accenture, can Accenture see my Arrest record using Enhanced DBS ?

If you are enhance checked and it is deemed relevant, like I said

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
ok..Can I get copy of details of my criminal record ?

You can apply for your own DBS check and any police station

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
Does it cost ?

It does cost but it is not enormously expensive. Roughly £10 normally

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
It was false accusation and I was not charged.. Can I get it removed from DBS check ?

No but it might not be deemed relevant.

And it should be written in a way that reveals it was not charged.

Are you enahced checked anyway?

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
Not sure about that..But I got ping from my HR and she was asking me if me and my spouse is ok...
Customer: replied 14 days ago.
I think IT sector does not come under enhanced DBS check

It shouldn't.

Why do they know about this?

ARe you sure that she hasn't just been stirring? its really much more likely that the police making contact.

Customer: replied 14 days ago.
not sure...Can police contact my employer and disclose about arrest even if not charged ?

They can but its very rare.

Most likely she has been stirring.

Get to the bottom of it and then get a solicitor to write to her warning her that if she repeats her slander you will sue. That will wake her up a bit.
