The good news is that they did not exclude your statutory rights. This is expressly stated at the end of the purchase order. I'd still send them a letter as advised previously, and see what they say. They may come back and state it has been more than 6 months but they can just agree to fix it. Just try it and see what they say.

sorry cannot download that file to you for some reason .It basically says the 6 month period has passed but if i can recover vehicle to them they will see if they can fix it and give me a 20% discount!.Ihave already had the car fixed as we need a vehicle at a cost of £790.Is this case still worth pursuing or am i wasting my time

I think it is worth trying. Respond to them and state that this has already been repaired and offer a settlements figure which would be reasonable but still satisfactory to you.
