Ask a Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hi, I’m Lea and I will be assisting you with your query today.
I am very sorry to hear about your dilemma, but will do my best to provide you with advice and guidance on what to do next. Can you attach a copy of the order please?
The following is useful info to assist you with the site:
The order remains in power until the next hearing, and any other order the judge may or may not make on that date.
Can I assist any further?
You have to wait until the hearing. Make sure you have put in your response to the application and statement prepared by the applicant. Set it out in the same way and refer to their numbered paragraphs and say whether you agree with what they have said, have a different explanation or whether you deny it. If you have any evidence to support your position, then make sure you include it.
Actually, whilst there is a hearing on 17th June - the actual order has been made for a year - to 21st June 2022 - see page 4.
The judge can either continue the order on 17th June, or discharge it.
