I am afraid I do not deal with charges I simple answer the questions. To deal with your matter, I am afraid it is a difficult situation for you. In law, dogs are seen as property and nothing more, they are not dealt with in the same way as children. Therefore, I am afraid to say that if you dogs were put up for adoption and have been given to a new owner you will not be able to get them back. If they are still with the rescue agency, then you can, of course, speak to them about getting the dog back, but the decision sits with them if they feel this would be appropriate. I do with there was a better resolve but that is how the law works in this instance.
Hopefully, I have answered your query in a way that is simple and easy to understand. If anything remains unclear, I will be more than happy to clarify it for you. In the meantime, thank you once again for using our services.
