Thank you for that additional information, that will be helpfull in allowing me to advise you today.Then if they are giving you the run around, as you paid by credit card, if the total value was more than £100, you can actually claim against your credit card provider.
Under the consumer credit act, they are jointly liable for the money and cancellation.
Contact the card provider, advice them you wish to make a claim under s.75 of the consumer credit act 1974.
They will then deal with your claim and should then refund your money.
