Lanlord wants more money for rent and I'm not agree, I'm living with my wife on this flat over 5 years and we have a new born baby,
What are the best options for us,
And I have to mention we never miss a payment of the rent

Ok i will try my best to help. Please be assured that unless your rental contract has an agreed rent review provision then your landlord cannot automatically increase rent as to do so would be a breach of contract

I have to mention we not have any contact an this flat, we use to have a contract with him on different flat, but on currently flat we not have a contact we just pay monthly the rent without missing a payment for years

I would recommend being honest about your financial situation and reminding your landlord you do not agree to the rent increase

I would recommend that you contact the citizens advice who can help you prepare a letter to your Landlord if they continue to put pressure on you regarding rent
