Thank you. Can you tell me what you would be asking the court to order? I believe I'm relatively clear in the circumstances but I remain unclear on what you would be asking the court to do.

the claim would like to be allocated to the fast track or multitrack of the County Court and the matter listed for a hearing in the assumption the other party enters a defence in relation to the claim.
The claim form would need to be completed in triplicate and sent to the Salford business Centre:
