It is a business contract between me and another to run a Care Agency

The contract commenced. The dispute is on shares. One part believed equal shareholding was on the term that both parties equally financial contribute and continue to do so in building up the business. The other part believed that they did not have to equal contribute money but own 50% shares still

That I am the only share holder as I am the only one financial contributing to build up the business from the beginning

I am asking the court to declare that there was no meeting of the mind in terms of how to get the shares. As a result I am the only shareholder and owner of the business . I am the only one who put in money into the business

the claim would like to be allocated to the fast track or multitrack of the County Court and the matter listed for a hearing in the assumption the other party enters a defence in relation to the claim.

The claim form would need to be completed in triplicate and sent to the Salford business Centre:
