Its about my wife who lives in Poland.I was legally separated for 12 years and I would like to apply for divorce in U.K .Only divorce,no financial settlement or kids involved as my kids are adults.Previous solicitor has suggest online divorce so the questions You received are about it.

No she does not get documents via email but in hard copy. She has to acknowledge the documents, for the divorce to proceed. If she does not acknowledge you would need to apply to court for an order that she received them despite not acknowledging and then proceed with divorce. I trust this assists

I was just thinking that after such a long separation divorce procedure should be easy.No financial order,no small children...So why realistically I could not do it by myself ? Is there anything I don't know about ?

If it is in the UK not too bad the issue is the whole situation in Poland, for example you need to get her to acknowledge the divorce papers, apply for service outside the jurisdiction at court and then proceed with the divorce process, consent order, clean break order all of which has to be drafted by you. Once you have the decree nisi then you can apply for a decree absolute 6 weeks and 1 day after that. I trust this assists

No they have to be sent in the post that is why you need to apply for service out of the jurisdiction. Yes you can apply for the civil partnership as soon as you get the decree absolute. I trust this assists
