Hello, I want you to inquire about a subject of (sexual) touching.
I'm a new person there in England, two weeks ago I got off work and on my way I came across a girl while she was leaving a bar, she spoke to me how are you and where are you from...
On our way, she tried to hold my arm, so I put my hand on her shoulder, and then I grabbed her hand, and we started talking normally. Suddenly she left and said my friends are waiting for me.Is this touching considered sexual in this case?
Could I get into trouble?

Any touching can be considered sexual – it is not the body part but the intent. If not sexual assault it can still be considered assault to touch another without their consent.
