In relation to the home that you share if you have made any contribution financially you can claim beneficial interest to it and I would strongly recommend for you to register a restriction against the property on the land registry if your partner owns the home and does not have your name on the title.
Apart from that sadly you won’t be entitled to anything else unless there is a Will that provides for you.
