I’ve been charged with affray, I threw 1-3 punches of which one landed and no serious harm was done. I am charged alongside my three brothers and one of their partners. CCTV covers it all. I’ve no previous convictions, a well paying job and three children two of whom are step kids. I’m 27. Am I going to prison?
JA: What are the exact charges? Is this a first-time offense?
Customer: Affray and it is a first time offence

But even if its 1A you are still within suspended sentence territory.
