Customer: I have scaffolding on my house and asking the company a few times to remove it but no luck can I give him notice to remove ?

Thanks for the further information.

The scaffold is arguably trespassing on your property therefore you can send him notice to remove failing which you will file a complaint with the local council and or the police to remove it.

I suggest giving 7 days notice.

I don't recommend another company to remove because any damage caused could open you up to a claim.

If the scaffolding isnt safe on my property some loose pools left on top
As one day he arrived to take some bits he needed for another job and other bits left loose
The guy is one man band can I serve him notice via text or WhatsApp?

Notice should be sent via letter but a copy of the letter can be sent via wats app.
