Thank you all castes which are not closed, and therefore open to the public, will be available to read via the national archives. You can do a search. There is however software available (at a cost) which can allow you to do more in depth searches for cases. However if you use the MoJ as the defendant you can search the National Archives for case, however you may need to do a bit of digging to find a relevant case for your matter.
