I don't know how to continue both professionally and legally with an email sent to me from the solicitor acting on behalf of an employer that I have chosen to take to a tribunal for non payment of commission owed. An Et3 response has been called for which I believe is unnecessary.
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Bridgend, South Wales
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I have submitted my claim to the tribunal via ACAS
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
