I have just updated my iPhone and mini iPad to the latest operating system. Everything went fine except I had a spreadsheet app And it won't open now and seems to have lost all it's data and backup

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the exact name of the spreadsheet app? Please press and hold both the Power button and the Home buttons together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.





If that does not work, can you try to uninstall the spreadsheet app, then download/install it again:


  1. Tap and hold the spreadsheet app until the icons start to jiggle.
  2. Tap the "x" in the corner of the spreadsheet
  3. Tap Delete
  4. Press the Home button.


Then go to App Store, then search for the spreadsheet app, then download/install it, and check.
