I need to see if the iPad has internet.

Is it able to open Web Pages on the iPad via Safari?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Unable to access internet at all with the ipad.

Thanks Kenny.

It is likely the wireless connection, so we first focus on this.

On the back of the BT Hub is a small reset button. You may need to use a paperclip, and push the reset button in for 10 seconds, then release.

Then on the iPad, hold the power and home button down for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then release.

The iPad will then restart. When it has, try to open a web page, to ensure it has internet, and let me know the results please.

Thank you
