Hi I have an Apple iPad I have been having messages saying username or password XXXXX recognised on my email so I tried to set up my email again, with no luck and I have lost all messages and all the notes I had. Is there anything I can do please

Hello there! What we can do is restore your ipad from a back up that itunes automatically does every time you sync your ipad. Below are the steps on how to do this :)

Connect your iPad to the computer that has your backup.

Make sure this computer has the latest version of iTunes.

Choose File > Devices > Restore from Back up.
