hello there! My name is ***** ***** and i will be assisting you today. Sounds like your ipads software went corrupt. We can fix it though just follow the steps below.

Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.

I don't have a computer is there any other way?
There isnt any other way to load it however we can use any computer mac or pc that has itunes installed .So maybe a friend or family member can let you use theres just to do the restore?
