I wonder if you can help me with the following problem?
Yesterday I downloaded and installed your software update and when I got to the stage where I was asked for my password ***** clicked on "forgotten your password" and the next thing that was presented to me was a screen headed "Terms and Conditions".
Then, no matter what I click on, I get no response. My iPad is now in complete lockup and I can get no further. It is now impossible for me to use the iPad.
Could you please tell me how to unlock the screen and get back to normal use?
Thank you for your question, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.

Can you hold the Power and home button for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then release the buttons.
Let the iPad restart and tell me if it now functions please.

iPad screen is now unlocked but the system refuses to accept my password. I have tried clicking on "forgotten your password" but can not make any sense of the response

ok, you have a computer there Alec?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes, I am on my computer now.

ok, connect the iPad to the computer and tell me what the computer says please
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The computer says "Device driver software installed successfully"

ok, now disconnect it and try to enter your password.
If it fails, use the forgot password ***** and tell me please exactly what happens.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Good, the iPad now seems to be operating successfully.

Thank you very much for your valued help.

Can I be sure that, in future my password ***** operate successfully?

Yes, it was nothing with your password ***** the iPad crashed and we just needed to do this action to restart it.
If it crashes ever again you just repeat the steps we did.
