I have lost some information on my ipad under the notes section....I tried to retrieve this but really hashed up. I tried to paste and pasted something else i have really hashed up. I do not have there any other way of retrevial...

Can you via your computer sign into your BTInternet email account here please.
Click me to open
Then check your e-mail "My Folders" box for a folder labeled "Notes."
Tell me if you find it and your missing notes there please.

Can you please go to
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
