Hello! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.
I'm sorry about the issue. What's your Mac OS X version, i.e., 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, etc.? Please try the followings:
- Don't go to the System Preferences -> Bluetooth, but can you please click on the Bluetooth symbol in the menu bar at the top, and pair there and transfer there? References:
- If that does not work, can you go to Settings -> Connectivity, then select the option "USB data cable", then option "Mass storage"
, then connect the USB cable from the phone to the computer
, then open Finder, then open the phone device there, then open the folder DCIM / Camera, etc., then you can transfer photos to the computer.
