Hi my Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons and when I put in my apple id to reset my password ***** is not recognising my apple id

When you enter your Apple ID, you are entering in your email address you used when registering it?

I have tried entering my email address but this is still not being recognised. Help please
Ok, can you use my link below please to find out which email address you used.

And it should then tell you which email address you used.
I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.
