I receive most email to my .me account ok but I do not receive

I receive most email to my .me account ok but I do not receive mail from my wife's two e mail accounts from different domains .. One of which is an account

It used to work ok from both accounts ... It stopped from one domain a few weeks ago and this morning I could not receive from the iCloud account ... Although did do so ok yesterday

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you. Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse. Cannot go to wife's icloud account and connect --- I would need her agreement and log in details
