the arrows (up, down side to side) no longer work in excel. what have i done?

Hi there and welcomePress SHIFT+F14 to toggle the Scroll Lock to the off position and tell me if they then workNOTE: Depending on the type of keyboard that you are using, the key combination may differ and you might need to use the CONTROL key, the OPTION key, or the COMMAND key instead of the SHIFT key. If you are using a MacBook, you might need to attach a USB keyboard to use the F14 key combination. Let me know the results please
